Introducing the Wellness Program at The Pillars Curated by Kate Kendall

We’re proud to introduce a new chapter in The Pillars’ offering: a considered wellness program designed to complement the pace of modern business life with practices that ground, restore and inspire.

Under the direction of renowned wellness pioneer Kate Kendall, the program will bring together a dynamic mix of movement, mindfulness and leadership-focused experiences. Kate is known for her ability to bridge the worlds of yoga, breathwork and transformational leadership. As the Co-Founder of Flow Athletic and author of Life in Flow, she has inspired thousands to take their practice beyond the mat and into everyday life.
